12th RAMIRAN International Conference
Danish Institute of Agricultural Sciences (DIAS),Denmark
Monday the 11th till Wednesday the 13th of September 2006
This year conference, was organize by Dr Sven Sommer and Dr. Søren O. Petersen (scientifict coordinator), from the knowledge centre of Animal Manure and Biomass Technology.
The major theme of the Conference is "Technology for recycling of manure and organiz residues in a whole-farm perspective"
Specific subjects included:
• Energy production - biofuel & biogas, incineration
• Livestock production, ammonia and greenhouse gases
• Treatment technologies for organic effluents
• Measuring and monitoring nutrient flows and emissions
• Merging models for predicting emission and leaching of plant nutrients
• Technology needs in the developing world
See in here the program.
